Electric Grill 6 ECO Digital – Chimney Cake Baking Machine
The Electric Grill 6 ECO Digital features three separate baking compartments, each equipped with a horizontally placed heating element at the bottom. Each compartment can bake two Kürtőskalács at a time, for a total of six pieces per batch.
A digital thermostat is included as standard, allowing precise temperature control—an essential feature for vendors producing different sizes or offering both sweet and savory versions of chimney cakes, which require varying baking temperatures.
At the rear of the grill are six individual motors, each driving one cooking roll. These rolls rotate automatically next to their respective heating element, ensuring even and consistent baking without manual intervention.
The grill’s power switch offers flexible energy usage:
-
Position 1: activates one heating element
-
Position 2: activates two elements
-
Position 3: activates all three
Each compartment is fitted with a stainless-steel framed door featuring a heat-reflective glass window, allowing you to monitor the baking process. This special glass reduces external surface temperature and enhances energy efficiency by retaining heat within the oven.
Doors are operated using food-safe stainless-steel handles that remain cool to the touch during operation. Inside, two stainless-steel divider plates separate the grill into three independent baking zones.
Thanks to the bottom-mounted heat source, the cooking rolls do not need to be repositioned during baking. This not only saves time but also contributes to faster baking, as smaller compartments and less frequent door openings result in minimal heat loss.
⚠️ Power Supply Note:
For optimal performance, plug the Electric Grill 6 ECO Digital directly into a stable, reliable power source. Avoid using generators or long extension cords, as insufficient power may cause the oven to underheat—leading to longer bake times and poor sugar caramelisation, which can affect topping adhesion.

- Our equipment is built in Europe to a high standard & our oven’s & grills are made for commercial use & are hard-wearing.
- Electric heating elements are consumable parts & have a life span of around 2500 – 3000 hours. Some customers keep a couple of spare electrical heating elements for their baking machines at their location as spare parts.
- Finally, if you take care of your baking machine, it should last. Common user errors which can damage the baking machines are:
– Removing the cooking rolls incorrectly & damaging the motors (ask for link to video showing how to remove correctly).
– Setting the target temperature too high (over what we recommend) on the Electric machines & then leaving the appliance empty, causing the heating element(s) to burn out prematurely.
– Applying far too much sugar and / or oil to the Kurtos dough resulting in excess ingredients falling down during baking.
– Not cleaning the baking machine properly, allowing a build-up of burnt sugar / ingredients.
